Kitchen:
Are the homes equipped with kitchenware?
Yes, each of our Five Star homes have fully stocked kitchens. We strive to equip every home with all the items we think you'll need for a week, so that you feel as comfortable and at home as possible. Our kitchens have pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and much more. If you think there is something missing, feel free to let us know so we can equip the home to suit your needs.
Does the home have a Coffee Maker?
Yes, each home has a Cuisinart 14 cup drip style coffee machine. We also offer starter coffee materials to help begin your day.
Will there be enough flatware and glasses for my family?
Yes, we have enough place settings for the max occupants plus 50% extra in each of our rentals.
Laundry:
Are there enough towels for everyone?
Yes, we have enough towels for the max guests plus 50% extra in each rental. We also have beach towels for each guest.
How many linens are supplied in the home?
Each one of our rental homes will have all of the beds made and ready for use before your arrival. We have laundry machines for use if you would like to wash the linens. There will be 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 bathmat in each bedroom when you arrive for your vacation. The Laundry detergent we use is ALL Free & Clear - Non allergenic. We also have an iron + ironing board available for use in each home.
Bathrooms:
How are the bathrooms equipped?
We supply 4 rolls of toilet Paper, paper towels, soaps, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. We also have PEAR soaps in the showers, along with 2-in-one Pantene shampoo+conditioner.
Office Supplies:
What kind of office supplies are in the homes?
Each Five Star home has a home office area where we supply the basic office needs anyone might require while working remotely. We have a WiFi Printer with scanner/fax (we alway check the ink to make sure its prepared for use), printer paper, pens, stapler, hole punch, and sticky notes. If you can think of something else you'll need during your stay then please let us know.
Beach Supplies:
Will there be any beach chairs for use?
Yes, we have 8 beach chairs available for our guests in each rental home. We also include umbrellas to bring to the beach in case you need some shade on a hot summer day.
Are there enough beach towels for my family?
Yes, we have enough beach towels for the max guests.

Is the hot tub open in the winter?
Yes, hot tubs are up and running year round. Each tub is cleaned twice a week.
How do we leave the home on departure?
Upon departure we have cleaners that will prepare each property for the next guests, but we will NOT be there to clean up after your party. We have detailed instructions for your check out posted in each home. We expect the same requirements of a hotel. Take care of our homes for yourself and other future guests.
Can we come early?
In order to check in early you must request to do so with the owner. You may be required to pay an additional fee for early arrival.
